Heâs Gonna Hate Me: Part 2
Pairing: Jensen X Reader
Word Count:Â 4,123
Warnings: Language, I think. Fluff. Fluffy Father!Jeffery Dean Morgan moment.
A/N: So writing Part 2 literally took forever, cause Iâm horrible at staying to one task or story. And I get distracted super easy. But itâs finally here!! And Iâm so excited to share it with you guys!! So here goes nothing...
âJeffâs gonna be here soon.â Jensen says, fidgeting with his blue and white plaid flannel in the mirror. Again.
âI know.â You say, watching him from where youâre sat on the bed, amused.
âWhenâs he gonna be here again?â Jensen asks, glancing back at you in the mirror.
âHeâs meeting me there during your Gold Panel and going to photo ops and autographs with me.â You tell him for the third time that morning, only getting more amused by his nervous antics. âJense.â You say calmly, trying not to let your amusement show in your voice.
âWhat?â He asks, turning to face you as you get off the bed. âHow are you so calm right now?â
You lay your hands on his broad chest, looking up at him. âItâs gonna go fine today, babe. My dad already loves you, thatâs not gonna change just because youâre nailing his daughter.â You attempt to reassure him, an amused smile still on your lips.
âThatâs exactly why heâs gonna kill me Y/N, Iâm nailing his daughter!â He exclaims, making you giggle. âThis isnât funny Y/N!â
âIt sort of is, Jay. But if you keep acting like this heâs gonna know something is up, youâve gotta calm down babe.â
He sighs, âI know.â
âAt least you donât have to see him âtill this afternoon, I have to spend all day with him.â You say with a smile, pressing a gentle kiss to his lips. âCâmon, youâre gonna be late.â
You grab Jensenâs hand, leading him out of the hotel room and to the elevator. Cliff is in the lobby waiting and he leads you out the back to the car, where Jared is already in the passenger seat. Cliff drives the three of you to the venue just a few blocks away, sneaking you in through the back.
âYou okay dude?â Jared asks as Jensen begins pacing, waiting for the Gold Panel to start.
âUh-huh.â Jensen mumbles and Jared looks over at you, his eyebrows furrowed.
âHeâs nervous cause my dadâs gonna be here soon.â You explain, rolling your eyes.
âAh, murder day.â Jared jokes, sounding just as amused as you.
âShut up, Jared.â Jensen mutters, making you giggle. âThat goes for you too, giggles.â Jared laughs.
âJared, Jensen, itâs time.â Rich says, walking toward the three of you.
âGood luck, stay calm, I love you.â You say, stopping Jensenâs pacing and pecking him on the lips.
âLove you too, sweetheart.â He gives you one more peck on the lips before following Jared out to their Gold Panel.
âY/N, Jeffâs in the lobby surrounded by fans, you might wanna go save him.â Rich tells you making you laugh, walking toward the lobby.
When you walk through the door you see a group of fans all standing around, surrounding someone only a few feet inside the doors. You laugh, standing back and watching as fans run up to your father, a few also walking away looking at pictures on their phones and items he autographed for them. After a few minutes you decide to finally save him, your first photo op session beginning soon.
âJeffrey Dean Morgan!â You yell through the lobby, catching everyone's attention. The sea of fans part in front of you to let him walk toward you, a large smile on his aging face. âHi daddy.â You return his smile, wrapping your arms around his shoulders.
âHey darlin, good to see you.â He replies, hugging you tightly, fans taking photos and videos all around you. You kiss your dad on his scruffy cheek, pulling back and turning to the fans surrounding you.
âAlright guys, you can get photos and autographs later, Iâm gonna steal my dad away now but heâll be with me all day!â You announce, pulling your dad through the door to the back.
âYou seem happy this morning.â You dad points out. You shrugs, leading him to the room for photo-ops, Misha already there.
âItâs been a good morning, am I not allowed to be happy?â You ask, a P.A. bringing you and your father your favorite coffee.
âThanks.â You dad tells her, giving her a smile as Misha walks over to the two of you. âOf course youâre allowed to be happy darlin, itâs just a little strange bein so early. Is there any particular reason youâre so happy?â
âNope.â You reply a little too quickly and Misha snorts out a laugh. You slap Mishaâs arm, giving him a look to say shut up, making your dad laugh.
âDonât beat up the angel now, I taught you better than that!â You dad jokes, chuckling.
âYeah, Y/N!â Misha pouts, rubbing his arm where you hit him.
âShut up, Misha.â You mutter, rolling your eyes.
âPhoto-ops start in five minutes guys.â A P.A. announces, a few fans beginning to file into the room.
âLetâs get this show on the road.â You say with a smile.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Itâs been two weeks since you told Jensen you were pregnant, and usually he barely leaves your side or heâs checking on you constantly, texting you all throughout the day. And while he had texted you a few times today, it was like he was completely avoiding you the best that he could. So when you texted Jared to ask if Jensen was okay, Jared just replied with a video of Jensen pacing across the empty green room, ranting about how Jeff was going to murder him and today would be his last day on earth. You showed Misha, the two of you giggling like drunk children.
Your day had mostly been spent with Misha, having photo-ops and autographs with him this morning and a panel with him later this afternoon. The only time you werenât with Misha was during your solo panel, which of course ended up being a panel with your father, the fans paying him more attention than you. You didnât mind, you knew he was part of the Supernatural family too, even if he hasnât been on the show in at least ten years.
Currently Jensen and Jared are on stage for their panel, yours and Mishaâs panel being right afterwards. You had just gotten done with your autographs and decided to hangout backstage for the rest of Jared and Jensenâs panel, you dad still following you around.
As you and your father walk through the door to backstage you hear Jensen say, âThis is Jared.â
âYeah, she knows that.â Jared says sarcastically, the audience laughing.
âOf course I do, like, I watch the show.â The fan sasses back, making you giggle. You peek through the black curtain to see Jared drop his mic on accident, Jensen shaking his head.
âThis is why we donât have nice things, Jared.â Jensen says as Jared bends over to pick up his mic.
âMy chair is angled.â Jared complains.
âThey act more and more like children every time I see them.â Your dad jokes with a laugh, watching from behind you.
âYes they do.â You say as you watch them banter about Jaredâs chair.
Jensen looks back at the fan finally, âOkay, whatâs your question?â
âI wanna know, what was the last lie you told?â The fan asks.
âThis should be good.â You mumble with a smirk.
Jared answers first, âThe lie I tell myself everyday is that I donât have to write it down to remember it.â The crowd laughs, âYeah, what was that phone number? Yeah, yeah I got it, I got it. 30 seconds later -- I donât know, what was it? So I tell myself that lie.â Jared looks over to Jensen.
âUh, Jared asks me how he looked backstage. I said great.â Jensen jokes and makes a clicking sound with his tongue as he winks.
Jared looks at Jensen like a sad puppy and says, âThat-that was a lie?â
âWhat?â Jensen asks looking at Jared.
âWhat? Huh?â Jared asks.
Jensen looks past Jared to the fan and says âThank youâ with a big smile and Jared starts laughing along with the audience.
Jensen turns to the next fan and says hi.
âHi, my nameâs Shannon, and I have a personal question for Jensen.â She says.
âOh god.â Jensen mutters, making you giggle.
âSo thereâs a picture going around of you and Y/N at like a coffee shop and youâre kissing?â The fan asks curiously, making you freeze. Jared starts laughing as Jensen puts his face in his hands.
âIâm sure some of you have probably seen him already, but Jeff is in the building.â Jared says and the crowd cheers.
âI canât answer that.â Jensen mutters into his mic, his face still in his hands.
âWhy, cause Jeffâs gonna kill you?â Jared teases.
âYou feel your fatherâs eyes burning a hole into the back of your head as Jensen says, âShut up Jared.â
You grab a mic from the table beside you, turning it on and walking out onto the stage. âCan I interrupt for a minute?â The crowd cheers and Jensen looks at you as you walk up beside him and put your arm around his shoulders.
âWhat are you doing up here Y/N?â Jared asks teasingly, enjoying Jensenâs pain way too much.
âWell, I know Iâm not supposed to be up here until my Panel with Misha in a little bit, but I felt like I had to come save Jensen.â You say with a laugh.
âYou here to save him from Jeff?â Jared asks with a smirk.
âI might have to, heâs right backstage.â You say and the crowd cheers again. Jensen looks up at you with a terrified look on his face but you just give him a reassuring smile before turning to the fan that asked the question. âSo youâre asking about the picture going around of Jensen and I kissing at a coffee shop, it surfaced about a week ago?â You confirm with her.
âYes.â The girl answers, nodding her head.
âWell, we werenât gonna address this until my panel with Misha, but I guess now is as good a time as any.â You look down at Jensen and he just shrugs, nodding his head to tell you to go ahead. You look back at the audience with a confident smile on your lips. âSo, Jensen and I have actually been dating for quite some time now, but we had decided to keep it quiet until recently.â
The crowd cheers and Jensen smiles up at you, wrapping his arm around your waist and pulling you closer to him.
âKiss her! Kiss her! Kiss her!â Jared and the crowd being chanting, making you laugh.
As soon as you lean down and press your lips to Jensenâs, a loud voice booms over the speakers.
âGet your hands off of her!â You father yells into a mic, walking on the stage with a Lucille slung over his shoulder. You and Jensen jump apart and your dad laughs. âAre we pissinâ our pants yet?â He taunts with a large, goofy smile on his face. âOh boy, do I have a feelinâ we are gettinâ close!â
âYou might wanna run, Jensen.â Jared teases and the crowd laughs.
âIs he gonna kill me?âJensen whisper-yells, looking at you with wide-eyes.
You laugh, looking over at your dad, âBe nice, old man.â Jensen just sits there, looking between you and your dad, confusion on his features, making you giggle. âRelax, Jay, I told him while I was signing autographs.â
âOh.â Jensen says, still just looking between you and your father.
âAll joking aside, you better be good to my little girl Ackles.â Jeff says, giving Jensen a warm, reassuring smile. Jensen nods, smiling back.
âAlways.â Jensen says, pulling you back into his side.
âShould we go?â You ask after the next question, it taking ten minutes for the boys to actually answer the question because you and your dad were just a huge distraction for them apparently.
âProbably, but youâre not going to.â Jensen says with a shrug and a smirk as your dad brings over two chairs for you to be able to sit down, making you giggle. The last fifteen minutes of the panel is just the four of you goofing off while Jensen and Jared attempt to answer fans questions. Once the panel is over Jensen and Jared have to go to their last autograph session while you and your dad just hang out backstage until your panel with Misha begins on the same stage.
Richard walks over to you, looking tired and confused. âWhere is Misha? Your panel is supposed to start in one minute and we canât find him anywhere.â
You shrug, âI havenât seen him since we finished our autograph session after lunch.â
âWhat the hell.â Richard mutters, running a hand through his hair.
âWeâll just start without him, Iâm sure heâs gotta be around here somewhere.â You say, grabbing a mic and handing your dad a mic as well.
âAlright.â Rich sighs, going out onto the stage to introduce you and your father to the stage.
When you walk out onto the stage, the crowd cheers loudly. You smile, waving to the crowd as you take your seat, your dad sitting right beside you. âHey guys!â You say into your mic.
Someone yells, âWhere is Misha?â making your dad laugh.
âUh, we donât know where Misha is, we lost him.â You tell them and they laugh. âSo weâre just gonna start without him, Iâm sure heâll turn up at some point.â
You and your dad start taking questions, the fans of course asking Jeff questions about The Walking Dead. When the next fan steps up to the mic to ask her question about fifteen minutes into the panel, and you see hands on her shoulders but canât see who exactly is behind her, you already know itâs gonna be an interesting question.
âWhatâs your name sweetie?â You ask the nervous looking girl.
âUh, Iâm uh, my name is Melanie.â She says, running a hand through her hair.
You smile at her reassuringly, âWhatâs your question?â
âI was just wondering-â
Sheâs cut off when Misha jumps up from behind her and asks, âAre Jensen and you planning on having any kids?â
Your eyes go wide and you let out a nervous laugh, âUh, very interesting question Misha, itâs nice of you to finally join us.â Misha laughs, jumping up onto the stage with you and your dad. âTo answer Mishaâs question, Jensen and I have been together for a little over a year but it isnât something weâve really talked about.â
âNice save.â Misha whispers in your ear as he puts a chair next to you and sits down.
âDid you have a question though sweetheart?â You ask Melanie.
She nods, âI was going to ask how long youâd like to see your character on the show.â
âI would love to see my character on the show for a while, especially to see the relationship between her and Dean grow, mainly because weâve never actually seen Dean have any sort of real relationship. And I think that my character could help Dean to at least begin to love himself and help him out of his self-destructive behavior and habits.â You answer, giving her a smile.
The rest of the panel runs smoothly, other than Misha goofing off more than usual and making too many jokes about having children. So once the panel is over and the three of you are off stage, you pull Misha to an empty room, slamming the door behind you.
âWho told you?â You demand, glaring at the older man.
âI donât know what youâre talking about.â He says innocently, trying and failing to hide a smile.
âIt was Jared, wasnât it?â You demand, crossing your arms over your chest. âCause Jensen and I agreed we werenât gonna start telling anyone, including the cast, until our parents knew. So who told you, cause I know Jensenâs excited but he can keep a secret. And Jaredâs a loudmouth.â
âIt was Jared.â Misha confirms and you groan, stomping out of the room and straight into your father.
âWhoa, hey, whatâs wrong?â Your dad asks, gently grabbing your shoulders.
You look up at him, a dangerous look on your face as you say, âI have a giant to kill.â You duck out of his grasp and take off down the hall toward where youâre supposed to meet Jensen and Jared to go out to dinner once you were all done with your convention activities. When you see Jensen already there, leaning against the wall on his phone, you head straight for him. âWhere is he?â You yell.
Jensen looks up, looking bewildered, âWhat? Where is who?â
âPadalecki! Where is he?â You demand, your arms crossed over your chest as you glare up at Jensen.
âUh, I think he went to the bathroom. Whatâs goin on sweetheart?â Jensen asks, his hands held up a little bit as he stares at you with his eyes wide.
âHe told Misha and Misha just about told my dad and the whole damn fandom during our panel.â You seeth, looking around for Jared.
âYou didnât tell your dad?â Jensen asks, his head slightly cocked to the side. You look at him, your features softening.
âI thought youâd wanna be there when we told him, so I figured we could tell him together at dinner.â You say softly. Jensen gently grabs your face, leaning down and kissing you deeply. You smile into the kiss, running your hands up through his hair.
âYâall think you could keep the PDA to a minimum, I donât really wanna see you making out with my daughter, Ackles.â You dad says from behind you, making you jump away from Jensen. You giggle, taking Jensenâs hand in yours as you turn to your dad.
âReady for dinner?â You ask him with a smile.
âIs your mission for blood over with?â He jokes with a smirk.
You shrug, âI know where Jared works and lives, Iâll get him back later. Letâs just have a nice dinner before you head back home.â You dad nods, pulling out his phone and sending off a quick text. âYou texted Jared to hide, didnât you?â
âMaybe.â Your dad says as he slides his phone back into his pocket.
âYou sure Iâm clear?â Jared shouts down the hall as Cliff comes in.
âThe car is ready.â Cliff announces.
âLetâs just go to dinner, Padalecki, Iâm hungry.â You shout down the hallway before following Jensen outside.
When you get to the restaurant youâre seated in the back, away from prying eyes and fans so the four of you can have a quiet, peacefully family dinner. The conversation is kept friendly and light while you all look over the menu and order your drinks and food. Once the food is delivered a strong smell hits you, making your stomach turn instantly. You grab your glass of water, taking a few sips, willing yourself not to vomit. Jensen looks at you in concern, immediately noticing your change of demeanor.
âAre you alright?â Jensen whispers in your ear and you just nod, before shaking your head and excusing yourself, taking off for the bathroom as quickly as you can without making yourself seem suspicious and drawing an unwatched attention.
âIs she okay?â Your father asks Jensen, watching as you fast-walk toward the bathroom.
âYeah, she just needed to use the restroom.â Jensen says, cutting into his steak.
Thatâs the last of the conversation at the table until you return a few minutes later. You notice the concerned look on your fatherâs face and give him a small smile as you slide back into your seat. Once again, the conversation is kept light as the four of you eat your dinners.
âAlright,â Your dad speaks up as he puts his napkin back on the table, finished with his meal, âWhat are you not telling me?â
Jensen chokes on his water, glancing at you as he attempts to stop coughing. You furrow your eyebrows and ask, âWhat do you mean?â
Jeff chuckles, âYouâre my daughter Y/N, Iâve literally known you since you were born. And you may be a good actress but I can see straight through you. So, what are you not telling me?â
âWell,â You start, clearing your throat and grabbing Jensenâs hand under the table, âwe were gonna wait to tell you until we were back at the hotel-â
âYouâre pregnant, arenât you?â You dad guesses with a smirk on his lips, his arms crossed over his chest as he looks between you and Jensen. You just nod your head, looking down at your fingers laced with Jensenâs on your lap as you wait for a speech from your father. âHow far along are you?â
âAbout ten weeks now, I found out about a month ago and told Jensen two weeks ago in Texas.â You say, your eyes still glued to your hands. âThe only people that know right now are us four, Kim, Misha and Cliff⌠And the writers and producers of the show, I had a meeting with them the Monday after I told Jensen. Theyâre gonna try to keep me on the show as long as they can, and it may actually work pretty well to where the end of the pregnancy weâll be on hiatus anyways so hopefully I can keep it hidden until then but-â
âY/N.â You father says, cutting off your nervous rambling. You look up at him, your eyes full of unshed tears. Thereâs a large smile on his face, unshed tears in his own eyes, causing you to furrow your eyebrows in confusion as you just look at him in silence. He stands up, walking around the table to you and pulling you up from your seat. He wraps his arms around your shoulders, hugging you tightly with his chin rested on top of your head. âIâm happy for you, baby girl.â He mumbles, his voice cracking with emotion, and you smile, your own tears rolling down your cheeks now.
âI love you dad.â You mumble, pulling back and looking up at him to see tear tracks on his cheeks.
âI love you too.â He kisses your forehead before pulling away completely, both of you wiping the tears from your cheeks. âYou better be good to them.â Your father says, pointing at Jensen.
âOh I will, theyâre the most important things to me.â Jensen says with a smile.
Your father and you take your seats back at the table, the waitress coming over a couple moments later to check on the four of you and ask if you needed anything else.
âWell I think this calls for dessert!â Your father announces, clasping his hands together loudly.
âOh, are we celebrating something?â The waitress asks with a large smile, looking between you all.
Your dad nods, his smile growing as he announces, âIâm gonna be a grandpa!â You giggle, rolling your eyes at your fatherâs very loud announcement.
âWell congratulations! What would yâall like for dessert then? On the house!â
The four of you tell the waitress what youâd like for dessert and she rushes off to the kitchen to get it for you. Within a few minutes sheâs back with your desserts and you all dig in.
Your dad looks at you and Jensen, taking out his phone and telling the two of you to pose for a picture. Jensen puts his arm around you, the two of you smiling brightly as your dad takes a picture of you. He shows you the picture and says heâll send it to the both of you, but that heâd also like to post it on his Instagram page.
âWhat are you going to put as the caption?â You ask him.
âI was just going to say something about the happy couple.â He says with a shrug, looking at his phone and pulling up Instagram.
You glance at Jensen and he nods, knowing what youâre thinking. You smile and say, âDo you want to be the one to announce to the world about the newest member to the Ackles-Morgan family?â
His head snaps up and he just looks at you for a minute, his mouth open as he looks between Jensen and you. âAre-are you serious?â His voice cracks again, a smile appearing brightly on his face as you nod your head, Jensen nodding beside you. âI would love that.â
He posts the picture of Jensen and you to his Instagram, the caption reading, âI couldnât be any happier! Iâm going to be a grandpa! We will be welcoming the newest member of the Morgan-Ackles family in April 2016! Congrats, kids. Youâre going to be amazing parents! And welcome to the family, Jensen!â

youâre in my mind (under my skin)
A/N: This is for sloangreytrash who requested simi! Sorry itâs taken a while, hope everyone enjoys!
The first time Seb saw him, he was wasted. Seriously wasted. Heâd been drinking steadily since about midday, flipping between heartbroken, raging and pretending getting dumped was the best thing in the world with every other drink. Heâd anticipated the break-up - heâd have been blind not to see it coming - but it didnât really make it hurt any less.
Heâd convinced his friends that going out was a good idea, or maybe he hadnât, and theyâd planned on going out anyway. It was a Friday after all. Dan had abandoned them almost as soon as theyâd gotten to the club, and Seb didnât blame him. Heâd seen him hanging off a tall, ridiculously good-looking man. If heâd been quicker, heâd definitely have tried his luck, but the guy seemed pretty preoccupied by Dan now. Jenson and Charles were still with him though, Jenson from actual sympathy, Charles was probably still here because his latest crush hadnât been spotted yet. Not that heâd admit it, he was kinda glad, in a selfish way. He loved Charles like a little brother (it didnât matter that Charles was less than a year younger than him, it was still younger), and he didnât blame Dan and Charles for not wanting to stick with him the entire evening. But, company was company. And company also loves misery, misery such as Jenson also trying to bleach his brain with alcohol.
Break-upâs were hard.
âYou know what?â Seb banged his glass down on the table, making Jenson jump. âFuck âem. You deserve better. I deserve better.â
âWe deserve better.â Jenson nodded, his eyes a little unfocused. âWhy?â
âBecause we just do.â Seb explained. âCharles, Charles, go find your boy. Because me and Jenson, weâre gonna pull tonight.â
âWe are?â Jenson blinked. Charles looked like he was watching a funny car crash in motion. Part distressed but part hilarious.
âYou are?â
Seb nodded. âYes. Yes we are. We are going to get over our shitty ex-boyfriends, weâre going to get them out of our systems, and we are going to do that by getting drunk, then getting under somebody else.â
âYouâre a genius.â Jenson said solemnly. âIâm gonna go. Find someone. To get under.â
âJenson, JenseâŚâ Seb grabbed onto Jensonâs arm, grinning like a maniac. âI donât wanna see you until your walk of shame tomorrow.â
âGot it.â Jenson finger-gunned, walking away a little unsteadily. Seb sent a satisfied grin at Charles, who still looked distressed but was definitely struggling not to laugh.
âItâs a brilliant plan!â Seb protested.
âSure, sure.â Charles snickered, the amused part of him finally winning out. âWhatever, Iâm going to find someone interesting.â
âIs it Pierre?â
Seb couldnât see Charles blush in the low light, but he was pretty sure it was there. âJust somebody.â Charles said, before leaning over to give Seb a quick hug. âLove you. Come find me if you need to.â
âLove you too. Go find your booty call.â Seb teased, ignoring the glare he got in return. He didnât care, Charles would eventually come to his senses and realise that heâd been head over heels for Pierre since heâd set eyes on him, but it wasnât his problem. Or more accurately, it wasnât his problem right now.
He stood up, scanning the room. He needed to dance, and he wanted another drink. He just wanted to forget that Mark even existed, and the easiest way to do that was vodka. Or tequila. Alcohol in general.
âOne vodka shot.â He motioned at the bartender. The guy standing next to him made a noise. âWhat?â
âDo you think youâre up to that?â The guy smirked. Seb glared. Was this guy assuming he couldnât handle his alcohol? By a look? He didnât know his life. He could make his own goddamn life choices.
âTotally am.â Seb replied, jaw set. âAre you?â
âAlways.â The guy replied. Sebâs drink appeared before him, and he didnât even stop to think before he was throwing it down his throat, determined to prove a point.
âWhat do you say to that?â Seb challenged. The guy shrugged.
âMaybe I should buy you another?â He offered. Seb narrowed his eyes, before nodding.
âDouble.â
âBrave.â The guy smirked. âBut sure. Two vodka doubles.â
Well, at least he was getting the drunk part of his checklist done.
                              ~*~
Seb stepped off of the bus, slowly making his way towards his house. The sun was just about rising, and he looked wrecked. He knew that, he felt it as well. But a one-night stand was exactly what heâd aimed for, and why not? Hard, fast, drunken sex. And heâd only thought about Mark once, and he was pretty proud of that. Small steps.
He unlocked the front door, trying to shut it as quietly as possible. He loved Dan, Charles and Jenson like family (and they really were, to be honest), but he also knew that theyâd tease him about this for days.
He snuck into the kitchen, cursing when Dan was already there, making a couple of coffees. Dan grinned, snickering. âWant a coffee?â
âSure.â Seb muttered, sinking onto a chair. So goes his cunning plan. âWhat are you doing up at 6am?â
âThe question you should be asking is âwhy havenât you gone to bed yet Danâ?â Dan look very satisfied with himself. Seb rolled his eyes.
âWhy havenât you gone to bed yet Dan?â He parroted back, obediently.
âBecause of the incredibly gorgeous guy still in my bed.â Dan replied smugly. âThe sex is -â
âI donât want to know.â Seb groaned, putting his hands over his ears.
âIâm assuming you had a good night?â Dan asked. âAs youâre only getting back now?â
âBest way to get over someone is to get under someone.â Seb chanted, making grabby hands at the coffee. âPlease Dan. I need.â
Dan took pity on him, handing him a mug. âIs it going to be a âmight see them againâ situation? Or a âperson at the right timeâ situation?â
âThe second.â Seb mumbled, before taking a gulp of coffee. âGo get back to bed. Incredibly gorgeous guy might start to think youâve found a better option.â
Dan made a noise, a dazed grin on his face. âSeb, this guy knows thereâs no-one better.â He grabbed the two coffees, giving Seb a goofy grin. âDonât interrupt.â
âDonât give me a reason to!â Seb called after his housemate, focusing on the coffee. Dan was an idiot, but he was also a genius in the kitchen, and he was the only one in the house who could actually make a decent coffee with their demon of a kettle.
He heard the front door open and close softly, and Jenson appeared, his face falling when he saw Seb sitting at the table. âIt was your idea.â Jenson warned, attempting to stop the inevitable teasing.
Seb grinned. âWell, youâre unlucky enough that youâre going to have to make your own coffee. You missed Dan.â
Jenson groaned. âI hate you and your insanely good coffee.â
âNo you donât.â
âCan I go and wake him up?â
âUm⌠not unless you want to be scarred for life by the sight of his butt.â Seb admitted. âHeâs still got a guest.â
Jenson made a face. âWhat time did you get here?â
âAbout five minutes ago.â Seb yawned. âIâm going to try and grab a nap.â
âWorn yourself out?â Jenson grinned. âIf youâre doing that, can I have your coffee?â
âNo. Fuck off.â Seb cradled his mug to his chest. âThis is mine.â
âI hate you.â Jenson called as Seb stood up, walking off towards his bedroom.
âNo you donât!â
                                ~*~
Seb saw him next at the library, when he was a few hours into an essay and only fuelled by Red Bull and a cheese toastie. The guy dropped into the seat opposite him, the same smirk on his face from the night at the club. It took Seb a few minutes to even notice he was sat there, too focused on the fact he was writing something that was pure bullshit. Hopefully good bullshit. Seb blinked when he looked up, seeing the guy there. What was his name again? Chris? Kevin?
âYou look like you could do with a break?â The guy said. Seb just blinked again. Was he beginning to hallucinate? Because he could see his one-night stand telling him he looked stressed. âDo you want to grab a coffee?â
âNo.â Seb said quickly. âEr, no, if I have anymore caffeine I might have a heart attack.â He explained, still feeling confused. And a little guilty. The guyâs smirk got even⌠smirkier? How was that even possible?
âOkay. Would you like to grab a cup of water then?â
Seb nodded dumbly, then shook himself. âI do really need finish this.â He said apologetically. The guy shrugged.
âI can wait.â He said, settling back into his chair. âWake me when you finish.â
Seb blinked as the guy tipped his hat over his face, and almost immediately fell asleep. Seb turned in his seat, looking around, half expecting a camera crew to jump out from behind a bookcase. It had to be a prank. One-night stands donât just appear out of nowhere and fall asleep in front of you!
When no camera crew appeared, and the guy - Ken? - still seemed to be fast asleep, Seb went back to his essay, feeling slightly unsettled. Heâd thought that theyâd both understood what was expected, which really only came down to two things - have mind blowing sex (and it had been mind blowing), followed quickly by never talking to each other again. He was holding up his end so well that heâd even forgotten the guyâs name! He hadnât even known the guy was a student until now. Unless he was a faculty member. Shit, was he a faculty member? He could really do without the complications that would bring.
He kept dragging the attention back to his essay, only letting himself sneak a glance a couple of times. He could ignore him. It was possible. But he didnât really remember writing the last bit of his essay. Too preoccupied. Although he wasnât really sure what he was saying in the rest of the essay either. He packed up his laptop, hesitating a little before leaning over to give the guy a shove.
âHey, er, hey.â Seb said quietly. The guy started a little, looking at Seb from under his hat.
âYouâre finished?â
Seb nodded, looking at his bag. âYouâve been asleep about two hours.â He added. The guy didnât look fussed.
âThatâs okay. Coffee? Or water?â The guy asked again. Seb nodded, still confused about the entire situation, but willing to go along with it for now.
âLead the way.â
                             ~*~
Okay, so it was less a one-night stand, more a two-night stand. What could he say. The guy was a smooth talker when he wanted to be.
Still hadnât learnt his name though.
Theyâd gone for coffee, and theyâd lasted about 20 minutes before Seb had fallen for the smooth voice and the calm confidence. And that smirk . That smirk did something to a guy. Theyâd tried for pretence of actually talking, but Seb couldnât say what theyâd talked about. He remembers him staring, and feeling increasingly turned on, and then he was receiving the best blowjob heâd ever had. He didnât even care that he was getting sucked off in a coffee shop toilet. With Mark, theyâd never do anything so spontaneous. Everything about them had been formulaic, and just the fact that he was doing something risky, slutty even, just made him feel fantastic.
He collapsed onto the sofa, staring at the ceiling. He couldnât tell his housemates. At all. Heâd get knowing looks and remarks and he still wasnât sure what this was. He could hear someone coming down the stairs, and he flung a pillow over his face. Maybe he could just hide here.
âSeb?â Charles sounded like he was above him. Seb pulled the pillow off, staring up. Charles was grinning down at him.
âHi.â Seb said. He wasnât going to tell anyone, and Charles wasnât going to be able to tell from just his face. Hopefully.
âYou look like your having a dilemma.â Charles said happily, patting Sebâs head. âWhatâs wrong?â
âI had a blowjob in a coffee shop toilet.â Seb said, eyes widening and slapping a hand over his mouth. âShit. No I didnât.â
âYou⌠what?â Charles looked shocked. Seb just stared up at him, and then Charles burst into laughter. Seb glared.
âItâs not funny.â
âYes, yes it is.â Charles cackled. âYou slut! Who was he?â
âThe guy from the club.â Seb replied sadly. âHe found me at the library.â
Charles continued to snicker, moving around the sofa and sitting on Sebâs legs. Seb wiggled, making himself comfortable. Charles wasnât exactly heavy, just a little awkward. âDo you want a hug?â Charles asked, looking serious. Or as serious as he could whilst he kept on letting out little bursts of laughter. Seb nodded, moving his arms so Charles could lie down, wrapping his arms around him once Charles was settled.
âDo you want to talk about it?â Charles asked. Seb shook his head.
âI need to think about it first. But thanks.â Seb replied. âHave you talked to Pierre since the other night?â
Charles shrugged. âA little. Nothing happened, that night. I just crashed there.â
âNo judgement.â Seb said quietly. âI mean, I really canât now.â
âNope, you canât.â Charles started to laugh again. âI never thought youâd be such an exhibitionist.â
âNeither did I.â Seb replied honestly. âIt just kinda felt right, yâknow?â
Charles nodded. âI get it. Just, be safe. Donât let yourself get broken.â
âI will.â Seb sighed. âI promise.â
                            ~*~
He was a liar. A complete and utter liar, and he couldnât even start to feel mad. He hadnât even meant to run into the guy again - Keith? He should really ask him for his name - but the guy had appeared beside him after football practice, leering at him in a slightly sinister but ridiculously sexy way. He really shouldnât be blamed for anything that happened after. He was high on exercise, and the guy happened to be there, he wasnât responsible for anything. At all.
Though he was really starting to enjoy sex in semi-public places. Or maybe it was just sex in semi-public places with him. Seb really wasnât sure.
And now he kind of wanted to find this guy. Maybe even talk to him. He had a right to be curious, heâd had sex with him three times now. Finding out his name would at least be helpful. It wasnât exactly like he could just wander round campus asking if anyone had seen a really sexy guy with a lazy smile. Well, he could. But he wasnât going to to.
âOkay, so you donât know anything about this guy?â Jenson asked, sounding a little alarmed. âSeb, he could be like⌠I donât know, a serial killer!â
âIâm still alive.â Seb muttered, blushing a little as his housemates all fixed him with stern looks. âSorry.â
âYou really donât even know his name?â Dan asked, perplexed. âNothing?â
âHis name starts with K. I wasnât really preoccupied with his name the first time I talked to him, and then it just became awkward. And we donât really spend much time talking.â
âToo busy have sex in public places.â Charles teased. âOkay, so we start with nothing. How about someone goes somewhere with you? Then he has to introduce himself.â
Seb couldâve kissed him in that moment. âYouâre a true genius Charles. Pierre doesnât know what heâs missing.â
Charles blushed. âItâs just an idea.â
âA brilliant idea!â Seb exclaimed. âSo what, Iâll just wait at my lectures for you guys?â
Dan nodded. âWeâll find this guy. He canât be that elusive.â
                              ~*~
The problem was, none of them had considered the fact that they were all tied up themselves. Dan was consistently late to meeting Seb, and always with Jev hanging off his arm. Seb tried not to feel jealous, and tried his hardest not to feel like a third wheel, but he didnât want to get in the way. And Jenson and Charles were both crushing hard, and as far as Seb could see, their affections were being returned, except no-one was saying anything. Nico and Pierre were great guys, and Seb didnât want to get in the way again. True love was always difficult to achieve when your lovesick housemate was hanging around in a slightly awkward way. So the constant supervision was dropped, and he was back to being slightly lonely, and just waiting for the guy to appear from the shadows.
Except he didnât.
A week turned into two, then three, and quickly a month had gone by without a sight of the the guy. Not even a whisper. And honestly, he was okay with it. It wasnât something to mourn, and in reality, had helped him a lot. Itâd stopped him moping about Mark, and gave him something to focus on. Maybe he didnât need it now. His housemates werenât giving him sympathetic looks anymore, when Seb saw him. He was spending more and more time at the library, needing the excuse to get out of the house. Jenson and Charles had come to their senses, and three couples surrounding him, it became a little stifling.
He was in one of his self-imposed exiles, having found it difficult to concentrate with whatever Dan and Jev would doing above him. Heâd fled to the library, and hadnât even realised he was in his pyjamas until heâd arrived. Thankfully it was nearly midnight, hopefully no-one he knew would see him like this.
So when he woke (he didnât know when he fell asleep, but a while ago considering the lines of text heâd typed with his head), the guy was sitting opposite him, looking amused.
âLate night?â
Seb gaped, opening and shutting his mouth a few times before nodding. âYeah, um, all my housemates are having sex.â
The guy raised an eyebrow, grinning. âAnd youâre not joining in?â
âNot like that!â Seb exclaimed, flustered. The first time he sees this guy in weeks, and heâs camped out in the library like a homeless person, with probably impressive bedhead and in his pyjamas. Someone should really just put him out of his misery. âNot with each other, with their boyfriends. Like normal people.â
âAnd youâre not becauseâŚ?â
âI donât have a boyfriend.â Seb mumbled. âOr girlfriend. Or friend at the minute.â
The guy just kept on staring, before standing up. âMy place is nearby. If you want to be somewhere that isnât this library.â
âIâm in my pyjamas.â Seb got out. The guy just continued to smirk.
âI can see that.â
Seb nodded, jumping up and packing up his stuff. He hadnât brought much, and he didnât pack it with too much thought. He was still having trouble processing that the guy was here, and heâd seen him at his absolute worst.
They didnât say anything on the walk to the guys house. What did they really have to talk about, really? Seb wasnât sure why heâd been invited back - well, he had an idea, but still. It didnât feel like the other times. He vaguely recognised the flat they stopped at, a distant memory from an alcohol hazy night. He hadnât really had time to actually look at the flat, and it was nice. Cozy.
âDo you have any housemates?â Seb asked lowly. The guy shook his head.
âDonât get on well with most people.â Came the curt response. Seb nodded, like that made sense. Heâd never really had a problem with people, well, most people. He walked around the room, being drawn to the varying trophies that sat on a bookcase.
1st place Karting Regionals - Kimi Raikkonen
âKimi.â Seb breathed. âI knew it started with K.â
âDo you want a drink?â Kimi asked, and it felt good being able to give him a name. Kimi. Seb shook his head, yawning.
âIâm good, thank you.â He smiled, sitting down awkwardly on the sofa. âYouâve already done enough saving me from the horrors of the library.â
âWell, if you ever need to just get awayâŚâ Kimi shrugged. âYouâre always welcome.â
âWhy?â Seb blurted out. Fuck his stupid ability to never shut up. âSorry, I didnât mean -â
âItâs okay.â Kimi smirked. âI donât know, I like you? You seem interesting.â
Seb nodded, still feeling a little lost. âBut, I still donât understand why? Why me? Why pick me up for a couple of hook-ups and then disappear?â
Kimi shrugged. âI donât do people.â
âNo shit.â Seb grumbled, folding up on himself. He was pissed off, and he still couldnât go home. He certainly didnât want to go back to the library. He just wanted to be in bed, pretending that this wasnât actually happening. âThanks for letting me stay here, Iâll be out of your hair soon.â
âI donât want you to go.â Kimi said quietly. âIf you donât want to.â
Seb frowned a little, looking over at Kimi. âI thought you didnât do people.â
âI donât. But I want to do you.â
Seb snorted. âThat sounds way worse.â
Kimi gave a small huff of laughter. âWell, in both ways.â He looked over Seb appreciatively. âIâm open.â
Seb blinked, and then jumped over the sofa. He grabbed Kimiâs face, kissing him hungrily, desperate. Kimi hummed, pulling Seb against him, walking them towards his bedroom. âSo eager.â Kimi murmured, nipping at Sebâs lip. âDid you miss me?â
âNot at all.â Seb grinned, kicking off his pyjama pants and pulling his shirt off. âI think you have too many clothes on.â
Kimi nodded, following Sebâs lead, watching Seb lie down on the bed. âYou look obscene.â
âLook in a mirror.â Seb replied, dragging Kimi down. âNow fuck me.â
âMy pleasure.â Kimi smirked, leaning over and grabbing a condom from the bedside table. Seb hissed as Kimi slid a finger into him, slowly. Kimi kissed him lazily, working him just enough to slide a second finger in. Seb might not have remembered much from that first night, but he hadnât forgotten how good Kimi was with his hands. His nerves were already running on electricity, another spark jolting when Kimi curled his fingers just so. âYou feel so good.â
âMore.â Seb panted, gripping the bedsheets. âMore.â
Kimi grinned, sliding in a third finger, and it was almost too much. Seb started to push back a little, but Kimi just held onto his wrist, shaking his head.
âNot yet.â He said, sliding his fingers out. âYouâre not to come until I tell you to.â He whispered, lining himself up. Seb nodded, throwing his head back with a whine when Kimi pushed in.
âFuck, Kimi, fuck, move it⌠â
Kimi was holding onto his waist, hard enough to bruise, but Seb didnât care. He wanted to move, he wanted to roll his hips, but Kimi was holding him in place, caging him in. He held onto the bedsheets, desperate to hold something. Kimi seemed to have figured out the perfect angle, and Seb was shaking, trying to hold on. âI need, I need toâŚâ
âNot yet.â Kimi breathed, releasing one hand from Sebâs waist. âNot yet.â
Kimi wrapped a hand around Sebâs dick, grinning when Seb whimpered. âDoes that feel good.â
âSo good, pleaseâŚâ Seb trailed off. His legs were trembling where they were wrapped around Kimiâs waist, he was so closeâŚ
âCome for me.â Kimi commanded, and it was all Seb needed. His vision went black, and when he came down from his orgasm, Kimi was shaking, hips stuttering. They stayed like that in silence for a few seconds, until Seb started to laugh, a little hysterical.
âYouâre easily the best lay Iâve ever had.â Seb giggled, laughing harder when he saw Kimiâs incredulous face. âFuck, I needed that.â
âThe sex?â
âThe sex. Or more specifically, the sex with you.â Seb admitted. He winced when Kimi pulled out, smiling when he caught the soft look on Kimiâs face. âI might take advantage of your bed.â
âLess distractions here?â
âOh, definitely more.â Seb chuckled, getting up to clean himself off. âBut worth it.â
                             ~*~
âSo not a serial killer?â Charles asked, squinting a little. Seb laughed, happily accepting the coffee that Dan passed him.
âNot a serial killer. Possibly a vampire though.â He joked. âTends to hang around places at night.â
âThatâs not alarming.â Jenson muttered, grinning when he caught Sebâs look. âIâm happy for you. And jealous, you can enjoy an entire apartment.â
âWell, thank you to all of you for having so much sex I actually ran out of here.â Seb said, giving a little groan of pleasure when he took a sip of the coffee. âBut fuck, Iâm never leaving, and it is because of your coffee.â
Dan grinned, looking pleased. âAnd my skills strike again!â He cheered, giving a quick bow. âI thank you, I thank you.â
Seb laughed, listening to his housemates chatter amongst themselves. Heâd missed this, but theyâd all missed this. But he wasnât going to disappear, to make them worry and abandon them. He loved Kimiâs place (more the bed than anything), but they were going to take it slow. By Kimiâs own admission, he wasnât a people person, and having someone hanging around all the time felt like too much. And he didnât want to give up this, sitting down and joking around, chatting about the most stupid things. They were young, and in love, and maybe it would last. Maybe it wouldnât. There was no need to worry about the future yet, itâd come for them. But maybe they could enjoy the present. And maybe a bit more of Danâs coffee.

Love Heals the Soul (Part 31) - Birthday Cake
Summary: Jensenâs Birthday...amongst other things
Masterlist
Pairing: Jensen x reader
Word Count: 1760
Warnings: All the fluff, implied smut, and then a little minor swearing, and some angsty bits sprinkled in, talk of an accident
A/N:  Couldnât help myself with this chapter gif. lol Feedback is always welcome! Italicized are lyrics, POV thoughts or text conversations; you can tell by the context
You had taken Jensenâs suggestion of going to see a therapist with the hopes that it might curb the nightmares, having been going once or twice a week for the last couple of months. It was helping, you hadnât had any of the really bad ones for a while, leaving you with the minor ones to deal with.
You couldnât get in to see the doctor for your hand until the middle of March, having already called twice to try and move up your appointment. You were still scared as hell at the thought of dealing with it; managing to put all of that aside though when it came to Jensenâs birthday.
There was no way you could make him a cake or anything at the apartment and keep it a secret for his birthday. You were still spending a couple of days a week at the cafĂŠ, making sure things were running ok, orders were getting placed and inventory was getting done. You werenât the owner, and technically didnât have to do all of that, but you liked helping out, feeling like you had a purpose. Because if you were being honest with yourself, you were feeling like you didnât know how much longer youâd be able to help.
It was a smaller cake, nothing crazy, able to feed a few dozen people. You had talked to Bob one of the days that you had visited the set, asking if they were going to be ordering in cakes for the cast and crew. He told you they were, so you the two of you decided to hold off for a couple days and surprise him.
At the cafĂŠ the next day you were trying to decide what flavor to do for him. He is a fan of chocolate, thatâs always a classic, why not? After a few minutes deciding on chocolate cake with a dark chocolate mousse filling covered in chocolate ganache. I mean if weâre going to do chocolate, might as well go all out right? Make the last one special?
A couple days later, the day before you were to take it to set, you had decorated it with chocolate garnishes and writing. It really was one of your favorite cakes that you had done, despite how your arms were feeling. Anything for him. You couldnât wait to get on set and give this to him, especially with what you had planned out.
Jensenâs POV
My birthday was three days ago, and nothing had happened, save for a few well wishes from a couple people. Not that I ever asked for any of the crew to do anything, but they always do something special for birthdays, so it was a little weird when nothing came up. Especially after doing this for thirteen years. I put it to the back of my mind since Misha, Jared and I were getting ready to film another scene in the bunker.
We took our marks, starting in the kitchen, and set up for the scene. Bob had given us some loose instruction on being able to adlib a few lines, just to see where it went. He knew how the three of us worked, and knew that we would get the take we wanted; even if it took a couple tries.
Dean: Any idea on what weâre dealing with? grabs beer from fridge
Sam: Not a clue. Iâm sure the archives would have something. shrugs There could even be something in the library?
Dean: Donât you have the library catalogue memorized by now?
Sam: classic Sam bitch face look to Dean
Cas: Heâs not wrong, Dean. Itâs worth a shot. Then if we canât find anything, we can go down to the archives.
Dean: sighs Fine.
Walks to library
Dean: Where doâŚwhat the hell? Realizes adlib Why is it pitch black in here?
Sam: âŚMaybe we forgot to pay the electric bill?
Cas: You donât pay for electricityâŚ
Sam: clasps hand on Casâs shoulder Never mind buddy.
Dean: Are there even light switches in this room? Iâve honestly never noticedâŚ
Suddenly the lights turn on and Y/N is sitting on the table, legs crossed with a cake sitting next to her.
âHappy Birthday, Jensen!â
I couldnât even begin to tell anyone how happy I was at the surprise, I was just happy to have her in my arms, walking quickly to her and sweeping her up in a hug. âWow! How did you manage this?â She just laughed. God that laugh, Iâll never get enough of it.
âBob helped me out with this one. Hope you donât mind itâs a couple days late.â
I pulled her into another hug, âNot at all. Thank you so much baby. This is great, I love it.â
Bob had since called cut, while other crew-members were bringing out a table with a couple other sheet cakes on it along with some plates and forks.
After a round of Happy Birthday was sung, I blew out the candles on the cake they had brought out for everyone. I couldnât wait though to cut into the cake that Y/N had made, I loved everything that she baked. Everyone on set, which was a lot of people, got a piece of either cake, and everyone who had a bite of Y/Nâs cake was commenting on how amazing it was, saying that theyâd have to call her for when they needed one. She thanked everyone who talked to her, but I could tell something was bothering her, but I didnât bring it up; it could wait until later. I wanted the both of us to enjoy this time.
Bob was nice enough to give us all an hour or so to eat cake and talk. When it was time to go, I pulled Y/N aside in one of the coves of bookshelves to say bye to her.
âThanks again for this. That was really sweet of you, in every sense of the word.â I couldnât help to laugh at the pun I let slip.
âAnytime baby,â she said with a smile.
âIâm not sure what time Iâll be home tonight, but Iâm out early tomorrow, so we can go out for that birthday dinner Iâve kept postponing,â I told her, giving her a kiss on her forehead. âPerfect, Iâll make a reservation when I get home later.â
I took her hands in mine, running my thumbs over her wrists unsure of how my next question would go over, but I had to ask to quiet the voice in my head. âI hope that cake wasnât too much trouble for you, you know you didnât have to do all that for me. You surprising me would have been more than enough.â I knew she got the meaning under what I was asking, I also noticed she hesitated before answering me.
She looked up and smiled, âNo trouble at all.â Iâll have to bookmark that topic for a later date as well. Her demeanor seemed to change in the next second, as if trying to forget the last ten seconds of the conversation.
âSee you later birthday boy, youâve got one more surprise waiting at home,â she told me as she walked away with a wink.
Well how the hell am I supposed to finish shooting today with that going through my head?
---
Despite the fact that we finished late last night, I had to be on set by seven this morning. I always hated days like these, especially since Y/N wasnât at the cafĂŠ as much anymore to make my morning coffee. Because of that, I made it a point to have a few minutes with her before leaving, even on the early mornings when she despised waking up before the crack of dawn with me. It gave us a chance to talk though and just be together, as if living and sleeping together wasnât enough, itâs still something we both enjoyed.
I ran my finger up and down her nose, waking her gently. For some reason I loved waking her like this, I had no idea why, maybe it was because it was cute to watch her come to and flutter those beautiful eyes open at me. This morning though she whined at me, knowing it was too early for any sane human to be awake. âWhy,â she asked, drawing out the word like a five year old. âAre you whining Y/L/N?âI asked her, using her own line on her. Even that glare is freaking adorable.
I knew she wasnât seriously upset with me; she enjoyed this just as much as I did. After stretching and sitting up with me, we talked about what we had planned for our days. Mine was mostly what scenes we were going to be shooting, while she had mentioned that she needed to run a few errands and do a couple chores.
âWell Iâll be done around three, home by four, then itâs our night. DinnerâŚdrinksâŚmaybe another present to unwrapâŚâ That got her giggling. âWeâll see Ackles, as long as youâre good,â she teased. âOh you know Iâm good.â Two can play that game.
---
Briana and Kim were back on set today, we only had a few scenes to shoot, a couple things down by the boat yard. We were in the middle of a scene, all of us coming back from the Bad Place, when Bob yelled cut.
âUh, is everything ok? I thought that was a good take, do we need-â
âJensen, come here please.â Well shit. I heard Briana answering her phone and a commotion going on behind me as I walked over to Bob.
âJense, we just got a call because they couldnât reach you, Y/N-â Briana was over, cutting of Bob, barely getting out the words that she had to go, looking frantically at me.
âGuys, what the hell is going on?â I demanded.
âJensen, Y/N is in the hospital, she was in a car accidentâŚâ Briana told me.
I felt a hand on my shoulder, not needing to see who it was to know it was Jared, or to know exactly what he was trying to do; help me stay grounded and in the present and not lose myself.
âI need to go. Dammit...Bob, Iâm sorry, I need to go. Can you finish without Bri and I? Iâll text and keep you guys updated,â already jogging away before waiting for an answer.
âGo, weâll figure it out,â he told me.
Bless that man. Some days I wondered why he was so good to me.

For the DVD commentary: The Snowball Fight (because I know everyone's gonna ask for Hyperborean and Don't Tell Cougar)đđ
So. Guess who did this thing and then accidentally saved it as a draft instead of queuing it? Sorry for the long wait, but, in my defense, I DID finish it rather quickly, I just failed to post it.
ANYHOW. The Snowball Fight is a 4k one shot so I wonât be commenting on ALL of it (because then we really will be here all day) but Iâll pick out some of my favourite bits! Itâs still super long, though, so more below the cut!
Fair warning: I havenât read this one in ages so many of the comments are just my reactions to my own writing, and not all of them are intelligent.
âJensen,no. No.â Pooch took a cautious step backwards, holding up his hands inwhat could be a warning or an attempt to protect himself. It was difficult totell. âNo, Jensen, donât you dare. Jenseâ!â [The majority of this paragraph was actually not written by me (seeing as it was a writing prompt) but I feel like I made the most of it. I have no idea why I decided to write about a snowball fight, but it sounded like a good idea at the time]
Whateverelse Pooch had intended to say was smothered by the handful of snow Jake threwat his face. [I feel bad for Pooch, I really do] Jess really would have believed Pooch capable of ducking, but thenagain, he had probably thought that Jake wouldnât go through with it. Whichproved just how much Pooch overestimated Jakeâs level of maturity as soon assnow was involved. [Writing from Jessâs POV was an interesting experience and Iâm really happy that I did it. I got to explore so many of the characters from a new perspective, which actually helped my overall view of them. Outside POV can do WONDERS for your grasp on characters. I strongly recommend it to all the writers out there.]
The factthat Jake gave Beth an enthusiastic high five while Pooch was busy spitting outsnow only seemed to confirm that fact. [They make a good team!]
âForfuâ fudgeâs sake! Jensen!â Pooch snapped, no doubt attempting to chastise âbut it sounded a lot more like whining. [I love Pooch. Does that show?]
Jesssnorted on a laugh and took a sip from her coffee cup. She stood leaningagainst the back porch railing, watching the others frolic in the snow. [This whole fic is just fluff and cuteness and I really wanted to show how calm and relaxed everyone is, including Jess. So while sheâs not engaged in the snowy adventures, sheâs definitely content, just standing there watching them.] Swearwords were not allowed in the presence of her daughter and that was a rathercreative save, she must admit. [Pooch is the one who respects this the most, hence the fudge. Jake occasionally slips up without meaning to and feels bad every single time because he might be corrupting his beloved niece. As for Cougar, Jess had to explain very calmly and very firmly that cursing in Spanish still counts and him thinking it didnât wonât save him from punishment. Clay and Roque (while he was still on the team) are almost entirely banned from speaking at all, because they clearly canât be trusted to keep their language clean.]
âWhat?âJake was grinning, his cheeks pink from the cold and knitted hat askew. Muchlike his glasses, which he proceeded to push back into place. [I canât be the only one who thinks this is cute. An excited Jake is always adorable and even more so when he looks like this.] âIt wasfunny. That was funny, right?â He turned to Beth, as if to ask for herinput, and Beth, naturally, nodded enthusiastically. As if she would ever takePoochâs side over her beloved uncleâs. âSee! Beth thinks it wasfunny!â [Actual nine-year-old Jake Jensen. Just look at this dork.]
âSheâseight, Jensen,â Pooch repliedtestily, rubbing the sleeve of his jacket across his face to wipe away the lastremnants of snow.
âAndthree quarters!â Beth piped up, clearly offended to have her age sogrievously mislabeled. [Practically all kids do this, donât they?]
âYes,and three quarters,â Jake agreed, nodding seriously. [Again: actual nine-year-old Jake Jensen.] Beth grinned up athim and Jess fought an urge to shake her head. Sometimes she wasnât sure whowas the older and more responsible of the two, but on most given days sheâd beinclined to say Beth. [I agree with Jess.]
â
âHeâsasleep?â Jess asked when Jolene came to stand next to her.
Jolenenodded, her smile soft and gentle, no doubt imagining the peaceful, sleepingface of her baby boy. Jess would have done the same and she couldnât helpfeeling a tiny squeeze in her chest, almost longing for the days when sheâd hadthat very same smile. However tiring and trying it had been to care for agrowing child â even with Jakeâs help â she wouldnât change it for the world.Nothing could ever quite compare, and to see Beth now, happy and laughing, madeit all worth it. [While Iâm not a mother myself, I do think being one is incredibly important to Jess. I see her as incredibly protective of her family â not to mention devoted â and I couldnât go through the fic without mentioning that. Admittedly, in lack of personal experience, I based most of this on things my mum has said.]
â
âYourhusband is about to find out what happens when two Jensens gang up onhim,â Jess replied, taking another sip from her coffee cup. [Jess is so proud, sipping her coffee like a boss.]
âOh,this I got to see.â Jolene looked almost disturbingly pleased, but shepaused for a second when she took note of the fourth person currently occupyingJessâ yard. âIs Cougar building a snowman?â she asked somewhatincredulous. [I HAD TO. I just⌠I had to. OF COURSE Cougar is building a snowman!]
âThathe is,â Jess confirmed, hiding her grin behind her cup.Â
BecauseCougar was, in fact, building a snowman; with the same kind of calm patienceand ruthless precision that he devoted to every task he performed. He seemedcompletely unaware â or unbothered, more likely â by the increasingly unstablesituation between the other three out there in the snow with him. He just kepttweaking and adding adjustments to the impressively elaborate snowman. [I just really like the thought of Cougar putting a HUGE amount of effort into everything he does, especially things most people would find silly or childish. Like, he doesnât give a single fuck about what other people might think because he has pride, dammit, and heâs not going to do a halfassed job just because the activity isnât badass. Cougar is incredibly competent and devoted, is what Iâm saying, and those things he finds worth his attention get ALL of his attention. Including snowmen.]
âIthink Beth and Jake started it but got bored halfway through, so Cougar decidedto finish it,â Jess explained, her cheeks almost aching from how wide hergrin was getting. She just couldnât help it.
It was adorable. [It really is adorable. Cougar always has Jakeâs back, even if it involves finishing his snowman. Also, I genuinely think Cougar enjoys it, though he probably wouldnât admit it. Making snowmen can be really therapeutic.]
She wasnâtashamed to admit that the first time she had met Cougar she had been slightlyintimidated by him. Or maybe that was the wrong word, considering how elusivehe was, but she had definitely been wary. She had more experience dealing withbrash, confident alpha males than she did someone who was quiet and subtle, butundoubtedly just as dangerous. It was unsettling to be met with someone she knew was calmly observing and analyzingeverything in his environment, to better make himself less noticeable and, consequentially, an even bigger threat. [The moment I decided to write from Jessâs POV, this was one of the parts I was looking forward to writing. I really, really wanted to know how Jess viewed Cougar, since she wouldnât be as enamoured with him as Jake. Sheâs a fierce, protective woman so she would see more of Cougarâs flaws and be quite wary of his silences. I think she didnât particularly like him at the start and it took her a while to really welcome Cougar into the family. And, honestly, I canât blame her. Cougar is a terrifying man.]
She wasmore concerned about Cougar than she had ever been about Roque, because thatwas hostility she would see coming a mile away. Cougar â well, she probablywouldnât even see it after the fact. [I am so with Jess on this. Roque can fuck shit up, definitely â and did â but Cougar is scary as fuck.]
Not thatCougar would ever harm her. Despite that he had never said anything to imply itâ considering how little he spoke in general â Jess knew that Cougar regardedher and Beth as people he needed to protect at all cost. She thought that wasprobably both because of how much he had begun to care for them on a personallevel, and how much they meant to Jake. [Cougar would literally die for them, Iâm sure. Because heâs dramatic like that. And I love that Jess sees through that. Jake can sometimes be a little blind because there are gaps in his confidence, but Jess knows whatâs up.]
Cougarwould do anything for Jake. [Well. DUH.]
SometimesJess still couldnât believe what she was seeing, but Cougar was unmistakablyand unapologetically head over heels in love with her dorky little brother. [Like, just imagine: Jake coming home at some point and just blurting out that heâs dating Cougar now. He probably gave Jess a heart attack because âoh my GOD Jake that might be a very bad ideaâ. And she wondered if sheâs going to have to keep an extra eye on Cougar now because she will literally castrate him if he hurts her baby bother in any way. But then she sees them together â and the way Cougar is just so STUPIDLY in love â and it quickly changes to âI cannot believe these two are even real.â (same, Jess, same)]
Love might even be toosmall a word to describe the absolute devotion and affection Cougar felt forJake. [One of my favourite lines in this fic. I just⌠yes? I feel like this is true? I really canât describe it in words. I try, but I feel like I fall short, every single time.]
â
The snowballfight took a drastic turn when Beth, in an attempt to get away from theonslaught of projectiles, ran to hide behind Cougar. [She learned this technique from her uncle.] This, of course, put himin the line of fire. The entire yard seemed to freeze when one of the snowballsintended for Beth hit Cougar in the side, making him pause in the middle ofadding the last finishing touches to his snowman. [I can very clearly picture this in my mind and, admittedly, I was giggling when I wrote it.]
Jess waspretty certain that you could hear a pin drop. [Pooch and Jake can see their lives flash before their eyes.]
Cougar wasthe first to move, turning to looking down at Beth. She was huddling behind himand her small hands â covered in a pair of pink mittens â were clinging to theedge of his coat. She was looking back up at him with her big, blue eyes, widewith sincerity and a wordless plea to avenge her honor. [This is also a technique she learned from her uncle. Cougar has literally no defenses, whatsoever, against the Jensen Puppy Eyesâ˘, no matter if theyâre from Jake himself or his niece. Cougar is so bad at this.]
Maybe Jessshould ask if Beth wanted to take acting classes? She was ruthless. And quite a natural talent, by the looks of it.
Cougar seemedalmost curious at first â as if he couldnât quite grasp what she was doing âbut eventually just smiled and patted her head comfortingly, obviously havingcome to a decision. [Cougar being extra kind to kids will forever be one of my headcanons. It just suits him.]
He thenturned to face the two grown men standing a couple of feet away. The smile was nowherein sight. And judging on the nearly identical looks of dread on both Jakeâs andPoochâs faces those meager feet between them clearly wasnât enough. An entirecontinent might not have been enough. [Considering that this is Cougar weâre talking about, an entire continent is definitely not enough.]
Cougar raisedan eyebrow and Jake and Pooch hastily pointed at each other. It was difficultto say who was the culprit; both of them looked pretty guilty. [Since I donât actually reveal this in the fic, allow me to do so now: it was Pooch. Jake threw a snowball as well, but missed. So Pooch is actually the one to blame.]
Jake clearedhis throat, weighting insecurely on his heels.
âWhoa, hey man.â His smile was just this side of terrified. âCougar, letâstake a moment to calm down here, okay?â
âYeah,âPooch agreed readily, âletâs not do anything drastic.â [Their optimism in the face of certain death is quite admirable.]
Cougarremained silent before looking back at Beth who was â bless her soul âdefinitely aware of the strategic benefits of recruiting Cougar as her ally andprotector. [Who wouldnât want Cougar as their protector? Like, honestly?] He was probably well aware of her scheming, but Cougar had alwaysbeen a bit of a softie when it came to Beth. He seemed to have a hard timedenying her anything, lavishing her with attention and affection that almostsurprised Jess with its intensity.Â
Every oncein a while she actually forgot that Cougar wasnât related to Beth, since hetreated her so much like Jake did, albeit with a more mature and dependableundertone. [I think Cougar forgets that too. He would probably never call her his niece when asked, but in his head heâs sort of forgotten that heâs not actually related to her. Because he IS a huge softie when it comes to Beth and heâs so far gone that he canât change that now. I am so, so fond of exploring the relationship between Cougar and Beth and I absolutely love to be able to show Cougarâs softer side like this. Cougar and kids, basically.]
â
It onlytook another couple of seconds before she saw the shift pass through them both.It was nothing too obvious â most people wouldnât notice unless they knew bothJake and Cougar to the extent that Jess did â but every once in a while theyjust seemed to align.
There wasno other word for it.
Theirpostures eased, their expressions softened and ever so slowly they wouldgravitate towards each other. Just lean in an inch or two, melting into theotherâs personal space as if it was the most natural thing in the world. Maybeit was. Sometimes it was eerie to see how synchronized they were, or howeffortlessly each could find the other and know what he wanted or needed. [These three paragraphs are no doubt my favourie in the entire fic. Being able to describe what I imagine Cougar and Jensen look like to an outsider was such a joy. How they fit together and how they just ARE. One of the reasons for why I love this ship â the biggest one, really â is how they, well, align, as Jess put it. They match. Theyâre never far apart. Theyâre so in tune with each other that they donât need words. There is something so incredibly beautiful about that and I loved being able to describe it.]
Like now, when Cougar pulled off one of his gloves to wipe away some lingering snow fromJakeâs face, his touch so achingly gentle that it almost made Jessâ throatseize up, just from watching it. She couldnât hear what they were saying â theywere speaking much too low for that â but there was no mistaking the reverencein Cougarâs eyes and the awed, breathless love coloring Jakeâs smile. [I wrote this damned thing and my heart still squeezes from how sweet and pure this is. THE GENTLENESS. THE CARE. THE LOVE. Kill me now.]
âIâmglad theyâre happy though,â Jolene continued, just as softly. [SAME, JOLENE. SAME.]
Jess wasnâtsure if Jolene was seeing the same thing she was seeing, but she could donothing but nod in agreement.
It hadworried her at first, when she had noticed the feelings her brother harboredfor Cougar. Jake, despite being a trained soldier with more kills to his namethan Jess even wanted to consider, was trusting and emotionally vulnerable. Hewanted to be loved so badly that he didnât know how to hold back â how to guardhimself against heartbreak and betrayal. He could so easily be taken advantageof, and before Jess got to know Cougar she feared that he was the kind ofperson who would. She feared that there wouldnât be much left of Jakeâs heart,if Cougar decided to crush him. [I love Jake. I just do. And I love the insecurities and vulnerabilities you can give him. He is a very happy and dorky person, but heâs far from one-dimensional. The fact that he wants to be loved so badly just breaks my heart some days, and I can only imagine what it feels like for Jess. Jake is precious and needs to be protected at all costs. Fortunately, Cougar agrees.]
But ofcourse Cougar hadnât. [He would rather die than hurt Jake. We all know this.]
Since thenJess had learned that not only was Cougar a much better man than she had evergiven him credit for, but he was as committed and sincere as Jake â maybe evenmore so. Cougar seemed to love Jake with every fiber of his being, and despitetheir differences Jess could tell that they fit each other seamlessly. [Again, Cougar doesnât do things by halves. Heâs an all-in kind of a guy and, when it comes to Jake, I think heâs in more deeply than ever. Iâm pretty sure they love each other equally, but Cougar just does everything so intensely that itâs impossible to ignore just how in love he is.]
They had aneffortless quality to them that few couples ever achieved. [Another reason why I love this ship!]
How onearth someone like Cougar could put up with Jake was a bit of a mysterysometimes, but on the other hand Jess knew that they werenât the same inprivate. She knew that Jake gave as much as Cougar did. She had heard it, thatnight when she had startled awake â not really knowing why â until she hadrealized that she had been woken by Cougarâs scream.
Jess knewall about the nightmares a soldier could get from his service â she had sat upwith Jake after some of his â and when she had quietly made her way towards theguestroom, just to make sure that they were okay, she hadnât been surprised tohear the soft, low mumble of Jakeâs voice. Soothing, sweet and unmistakablyloving. [This was mostly some show and tell. Jess speaks a lot about how Cougar and Jake fit together and give each other support, so I wanted to give a more solid example.]
Shecouldnât hear the exact words â that was none of her business â but she didnâtdoubt for a second that as much as Cougar seemed to be the centre around whichJake orbited like an overexcited moon, Cougar wouldnât know what to do withoutJake there to comfort and ground him. [I am very fond of this paragraph. The balance between these two is just so fascinating and I love trying to put it into words. Iâm veryproud of this imagery.]
Their relationship was nowhere near as uneven as some might think. [THIS is incredibly important to me. I want everyone to know that this isnât just Cougar putting up with Jensen because he loves him, but, in fact, an equal relationship. They might need each other in different ways, but neither of them got the short straw. Fucking fight me.] Jess had beenhesitant at first, but it was things like this â seeing them there in the snow, sinking deeper into an intimacy that had nothing to do with physical touch, buteverything to do with belonging â that made her relax. [COUGAR AND JENSEN BELONG TOGETHER. PASS IT ON.]
Theirpersonalities might be almost complete polar opposites, but they fit togetherperfectly as a whole. What her brother had found in Cougar â what they hadfound in each other â was clearly not within the realms of what normal mortalshad. [Jess is such a romantic. And so am I. Just look at these two dorks. I love them.]
Call her aromantic, [This is what I get for not reading ahead â I genuinely made the comment above before reading this. SO YEAH. I AM CALLING HER A ROMANTIC.] but Jess just couldnât see them any other way, now that she hadgotten used to them as an item. It wasnât that they disappeared into the otheror even changed to fit as a whole; they just were. Simple as that. [Honestly, this is me speaking through Jess. I literally cannot unsee this ship. Whenever I watch the movie with a new person, I always forget that Cougar and Jensen isnât a couple in canon and find it weird to have to point it out that I ship them. Itâs it obvious? To me it just seems to natural. I am in so, so deep.]
She was actually kind of envious. [My question is: who isnât?]
â
âJake!Did you hear that?â Jess called out to her brother who had yet to movefrom where he lay sprawled in the snow. Granted that he would have to pushCougar off in that case, and he didnât look very inclined to do so. âHotchocolate!â
Jake showedthat he had heard by giving her a thumbs up, but didnât even bother to lookaway from Cougar, whose hand now rested against the bright red scarf wrappedaround Jakeâs neck. They got like that sometimes, lost in their own littleworld of gentle touches and softly spoken words. [I really, really wanted to point this out. I donât think this comes across from Cougar or Jakeâs POV, but there HAS to be moment when they just zone out everything else but each other. Like, the only voice theyâll really register is each otherâs and they literally wonât notice if someone else tries to talk to them. My wife and I have done this a couple of times.]
Jess shookher head and shooed Pooch and Beth into the house, but she couldnât helplooking back over her shoulder. She still couldnât hear what they were saying, but the tenderness was unmistakable as Jake took Cougarâs hand to kiss his nodoubt cold fingers. [Just look at these dorks.]
Thosestupid, adorable dorks. [I am clearly Jess in this situation.]
â
As weird asit had seemed at first, Jess was happy for Jake. She hadnât seriously believedthat it would ever work out when someone as loud and energetic as Jake was in arelationship with someone as calm and steadfast as Cougar, but it did. Theywere happy and stupidly in love. [I love ships like these, where you donât think theyâre going to fit because of their personalities but they actually fit perfectly. These two are one of the best examples of that and I absolutely LOVE how caring they are. Like, no matter how you view their relationship â romantic or platonic â thereâs no denying that there is a HUGE amount of love and devotion between them. These two men love each other. Their relationship is built on trust and love, and thatâs just wonderful.] The fact that they had a lot of other thingson their minds â things Jess wasnât allowed to hear about since it would onlyput her in danger â obviously didnât stop them from cherishing what they hadtogether. [Just a brief reminder that Max isnât dead, so I can pretend that this fic actually has a plot.]
And seeingthe two of them come tumbling in through the door ten minutes later, both ofthem shivering slightly from the cold but so obviously content, made Jesssmile. It was just impossible not to, what with the way Jake hovered behindCougar, his nose buried in Cougarâs hair and a goofy smile on his lips. [These two are so in love and I canât deal with it. I seriously canât. Why do I write things that are so painfully cute? Reading this again makes me want to bang my head against my desk.]
And whenJake got bold enough to tug off his mittens and shove his hands in underCougarâs clothes to warm them â and Cougar didnâtpunch him in the face for it, or even elbow him â Jess knew that she didnâthave to worry about her brotherâs heart anymore. It was safe with Cougar. Heseemed to understand exactly how precious and vulnerable Jakeâs heart was, andhad no intention whatsoever of jeopardizing it.
The factwas proven further by how Cougar was struggling valiantly not to squirm fromJakeâs cold hands, while Jake hummed happily and nuzzled Cougarâs ear, the big, stupid dork.
And if that wasnât love,Jess didnât know what was. [These three paragraphs, seriously. I feel bad for Cougar because cold hands against warm skin are the worst, but the fact that he chooses to endure it is just so adorable. He loves Jake so much. And I am so happy that I wrote this fic, even if I might have given myself a couple of cavities while rereading it. I am a sucker for fluff and this whole fic is just a huge ball of fluff. I am so proud.]
SO. That was unnecessarily long! And Iâm aware that most of it is just me screaming about Jensen and Cougar, but who can blame me? I LOVE this ship so, so much.
Thank you, @scriggle-scraggle, for making the request. I hope you liked it!

Craving You Chapter 11 part 2
Summary: Reader and Jensen share a romantic time alone in the barn after riding horses.Â
A/N: Here is part two of chapter 11, please please please do not read if ur under 18, this is my first time i am attempting writing smut, iâm very nervous about it and kind of scared to see what you think. This is something totally not my craft to write, but with a few betaâs they helped with me. They are amazing. @writersaredreamers, laura at @just-another-busy-fangirl (Thank you Laura) also @secretlyfurrydragon she helped to. Thank you all who have read and keep reading your amazing.Â
After my shower, I put on some shorts, a t shirt, and some riding boots of Joâs that I borrowed. Walking out of my room, I ran into Jeff who took one look at me and held his hands up in his face like he was scared.
âOh you better be scared mister, Iâm watching you.â I took my two fingers to my eyes and then pointed to him to give him that extra unf.
I continued to walk to the living room to see Jensen sitting comfortably in the chair; he had his head resting on his fisted hand with his eyes closed. He looked so cute, I just stood there a moment to take the opportunity to thank God for him and the fact that he was mine.âYou going to stand there and stare? Or are we going horseback riding?â he spoke without even looking at me, his voiceâs southern drawl making goosebumps appear on my arms.I swallowed a bit.
âHow did you know I was here?â I walked over to him, standing between his legs before sliding down to my knees. He looked at me then, taking his right hand and threading his fingers in my hair to pull me in for a good morning kiss.
âIntuition baby,â he winked at me. âReady to go riding?â He stood up and helped me up, too.I raised my eyebrows at him as we were so close our lips ghosted over each other.Â
âHmm, Iâd rather ride something else.â Crap, did I say that out loud? I blushed and turned my head away so he wouldnât see.He made me look at him and kissed me. I melted into his body and felt a huge bulge, glad to know I have that effect on him. Â
After a minute, we stopped to tell Jo and Jeff bye for now and headed out back to the stables.I patted Sir Lancelot on the nose after giving him an apple. âBe good for Jensen ok?â I kissed him above his nose and patted the side of his face. âIâll give you something extra special if you do.â I smiled at him and handed the reigns to Jensen. âYou do know how to ride right?â
He gave me a smirk. âOh I know how to ride hon, donât worry about that.â He helped me onto my horse even though I really didnât need help, but the way he squeezed my ass while he helped me told me that he was just flirting. Â âThe question is, sweetheart,â he paused as he got on Sir Lancelot, âcan you ride?â
I turned back to look at him over my shoulder as I was heading out with a sly smile and wink. I gently kicked Alabasterâs sides to make him go before leaning down to his ears and whispering, âLetâs show him what we got, hm?â I sat up straight and Alabaster took the hint. We jumped a few fences, some short and some tall: all the ones that were set up out back in the ring area. After we finished, I had Alabaster trot over to where Jensen was standstill on Sir Lancelot. âDid that answer your question?â I smiled and he pulled me in for a kiss as our horses were that close.
âHmm, nice backside there.â
I blushed, told him thank you and we went to the back side of the ranch. I showed him the views by the lake and where some good fishing was. He was impressed. I told him the story behind the ranch and how Jeff had it built for Jo, specifically for her and her obsession with horses and mermaids. All in all, it was a beautiful time we spent together until I saw rolling clouds coming close and heard distant thunder.
âWe should head back, Jensen, those clouds over there donât look so great.â I pointed to him as I climbed back on my horse. He did the same.Â
âYeah, I donât feel like getting wet today.â He chuckled.
We made it back to the barn in time for our picnic, but not before a rain spell came down on us, soaking both us and the horses. I rolled my eyes because I knew I would have to dry them off after. I took the saddles off them, put them up and brushed them down. Jensen helped me with Sir Lancelot and we gave them both a carrot for being good today before we put them in their stalls for the night with their food.Â
Jo would kill me if she came to know I gave them an apple before, but they both promised me they wouldnât tell. Even though it was hot outside this time of year, the rain mixing with the breezes  chilled my bare shoulders. I rubbed my hands up and down my arms to get rid of the sudden chill.
Jensen noticed and came over to me, standing behind me and wrapping a blanket around me that Jo had left with with the picnic basket. âWhy donât we get you out of those wet clothes so you wonât catch a cold.â His voice was deep but seductive.
I turn to face him. âAnd what am I going to be wearing when I do get out of these clothes?â
He had a mischievous grin on his face, âWeâll have to take that risk,â He lent down and kissed me. I cleared my throat after the hot kiss, leading him up the ladder to the hay loft. Once there, he spread one of the blankets down for us to sit on. I sat down next to Jensen, who was  looking in the picnic basket. âJo surely knows how to pack a lunch.â
I watched him as he went through it as if he was looking for something in particular. When he seemed to find something, he looked at me. âWant to have a little fun?â
âFun meaning what, exactly?â I looked at him curiously.
He moved closer to me, âDo you trust me?â His lips were so dangerously close to the bottom of my ear lobe.
I felt his warm breath on my shoulder and my stomach tightened as I closed my eyes a moment. âI do.â
âThen put this on.â He held a bandanna out - where he got it from I had no idea, unless Jo had some tricks up her sleeves.âSeriously?â I made a face at him as I jerked my head back. He looked at me with sad puppy dog eyes. âFine, this better be good Ackles.â I gave him a warning as I tied the bandanna on my eyes.
âOh it will be, babe.â
After I tied the bandanna over my eyes, Jensen put his hand on my hip to guide me to lay down. His other hand was supporting my neck, making me feel safe. I felt him shift to where he was on my right side and I could hear his breathing pick up as mine was. My heart started to beat faster when I felt his hand flat on my hip, just below my shirt. He took both of his hands and gently walked them up my sides. The soft touches in certain areas ignited my senses and the coil in my stomach started to flutter.
Once his fingertips met my bra line, he slipped them under the confining fabric to cup my breasts. My back arched a bit as I bit my lip. I had never had anyone be this dominant to me, not letting me see them during sex. To me this was totally different and I liked this whole new feeling I was experiencing, itâs exciting. Jensen leaned down to kiss me while he massaged my breast. Every single time he pinched my nipples, the walls of my pussy clenched together. My legs tightened without control from me, but I relaxed when Jensen took my shirt and bra off at the same time.Â
My right knee raised a bit out of reflex, which then he took his right hand starting from my middle giving it a gentle squeeze, before letting his hand move up my thigh, massaging it, then moving back to my hip. I wanted to squirm around to feel the sensations, but he had other things in mind.
âRelax,â he whispered to my ear, the breath on my skin shooting sensations down to my toes. âI got you, nothing is going to hurt you.â His voice was so soothing that I began to relax more. He had obviously taken his shirt off, because the chain necklace he was wearing hit my chin lightly.
My hands roamed his chest, feeling the smoothness of it, making me want to die of happiness right then and there. Jensen took my wrists to pin them above my head as he straddled me. He lent down to kiss me on my lips, then my neck and then each of my breasts. I heard him open something from the basket and then suddenly there was something wet and cold on my lips. The water from the ice cube slipped into my parted lips as I tried to suck on it. Oh My God, I thought to myself. Â If he was planning what I hoped, it had always been my fantasy.
He took the cube and brushed it over my lips again, before sliding over my chin and down my neck, the water escaping. As the cube slid to each of my shoulders, making me feel the cold, my excitement built. Â He then took a fresh cube and circled the tips of my nipples as he sucked the other, before switching. By now I was writhing underneath him and all I wanted was to flip him over and take control, but the heaviness of his body on mine kept me from acting. I gulped when he pinched my nipples, numb from the ice.
His lips were then on mine, an ice cube in his mouth as he kissed me, sharing the coldness between our mouths. I giggled into the kiss, my hands going around his back to pull him closer to me to deepen the kiss. The bulge in his pants was getting bigger by the minute, Jensenâs body moving above me as he kissed me.Â
After enough teasing, he decided to take things to the next step. He took his hands and slid them down my waist, fingers sliding into the bands of my shorts to pull them down my legs and off. He quickly re positioned himself between my legs and began kissing me again. Â
âJ-J Jense,â my breath was picking up and I wanted him right now.
âSshh, all part of the foreplay babe. Donât worry, I know when.â He took another ice cube and let it go over my belly, the water trailing down to my belly button. Then he takes the cube on downward, my legs are on each side of him giving him a great view of my sex. He took another ice cube and let it slide over my belly, the water piling up in my belly button.
He moved the cube downward, my legs open to him, giving him a great view of my sex. He took the cube a little further down, letting me get used to the coldness before he slid it between my folds. I jumped and moaned at the same time at the sensation. I heard him giggle before his thumb found my clit and began to rub it in different motions, placing his other hand on my hip to hold me down.
The intense pleasure of his tongue going in and out of me, set me on fire that I took the bandanna off to look at him. This man was amazing with his tongue, âGod Jensen, r right there.â Â I moaned to let him know, he looked at me with a wicked grin.
A few seconds later he moved his mouth up to my clit and inserted a finger to replace the emptiness of his tongue. My hands grabbed the blanket tightly, as my head fell backwards. The coil in my stomach grew tighter and I done all I could to keep myself from bringing my knees to my chest as I felt a wave of pleasure come over me. I then felt myself falling back onto the hay and my back arch, when he inserted two more fingers. I grabbed the blankets on each side of me to stop myself from screaming too loud.Â
He knew what he was doing, and I felt like I was flying. I've never felt this before, to be honest, never had a man go this far. What have I been missing. When he knew the time was right he let one more finger enter for a total of four, my head turned to the right with my eyes closed to feel the orgasm build.
âJ- Jensen,â my breath was heavy. âI Iâm about to.â I couldnât even finish my sentence the pleasure was so close.
He raised up to look at me,, âsshh I know,. â
He stopped what he was doing and crawled up my body placing kisses along the way up to my lips. Once there the kiss was passionate, one that sent electric currents through my system. With his left hand beside my head firm in place, Â he took his right to line up with my entrance. The ease of him going in was fulfilling, I wrapped my legs around his waist to let him go in deeper. His pace picked up as well as both of our breathing, we worked ourselves into a rhythmic motion that set the pace for our final climax.Â
My arms were around his waist as I was on the verge of my release. âJ Jensen,â i was out of breath, âI Iâm about to c cum.â My hands went to his ass to push him deeper.Â
âIâm right behind you babe.âÂ
He claimed my mouth with his lips,as he passionately rode me to my climax. The sounds of the thunderstorm intensifying outside covered the sounds of our lovemaking.
After our love making, we stayed in each otherâs arms for a while listening to the rain hitting the barn roof. It was soothing and tranquil as neither one of us didnât want to move. He was on his back with his head laying on a hay pillow he had made before. I was on his right side, my head laying on his chest where his heart was. Our limbs were all sorts of tangled, to the point you couldnât tell where his began and mine ended. His left hand was rubbing up and down my bare arm lightly in a rhythmic motion. Iâm not sure if his eyes were closed, but he was so relaxed that much I could tell. My left hand laid flat on his chest and my thumb circled in the space between his nipples. It was so relaxing until my stomach growled. We both laughed.
âI guess we should eat some lunch,â He kissed the top of my head and we both sat up.
âI was perfectly fine where I was actually,â the blanket draped on my right shoulder exposing some skin.
He looks at me, âI was to, but our stomachâs need food if we going to do that again.â he winked at me.
I agreed and he pulled the basket over to us so we can see what Jo had packed, âSo, tell me about your job. You never did fill me in on what you actually do.â he said as he passed me a sandwich.
I unwrapped the foil, I felt like a kid on a school field trip, âItâs nothing really, I just do the advertising part of it. I only work around a couple of people because some I just donât feel comfortable working with. I mean take Kali for instance, she came in last month and already got a raise as well as a huge salary. That was the job I was supposed to be next in line for, I was promised by Singer himself.â
Jensen shifted a bit at the mention of Kaliâs name but I didnât think anything of it, I mean he doesnât know her does he? Anyway I shook my head and thought nothing of it.
âSo, um how well do you know the owners, whatâs their name?â he took a bite of his sandwich as he asked me.
I took a drink of my soda and looked at him. âMark Sheppard, Mark Pellegrino, and Robert Singer or Bobby as he likes to be called, hence the name of the company. Sheppard, Pellegrino, and Singer.â I smiled as I said Singers name. âThey are ok, but I really know Singer the best. Heâs the one who hired me, gave me a shot when no one else would. I owe him a lot,â I choked a bit remembering my past, but talking with Jensen I felt like I can open up. Heâs easy to talk to. âI had just moved here to find a job, I needed a break from Texas. My life was so bad to the point I wanted to give up.â
He must have seen the tears building in my eyes, because he reached over to hold my hand, âHey, you donât have to tell me anything you donât want to.â His voice was so soothing, I wanted him to know what he was getting into.
I smiled, âI want to, you need to know who you're dating.â I chuckled. I took a deep breath and shifted to see him better. I bit my bottom lip a bit, I felt my chest heave as I swallowed dry air. He placed his hand on mine and the feelings disappeared. âLisa, the girl you sort of met sheâs been my main problem growing up. The things she done to me, especially after my mom died, I fell into a deep depression.Â
Between her and my dadâs abuse I couldnât decipher who was worst, him or her. Every day it was something, Lisa taunted me at school. We were on the same swim team, one day I didnât feel her come up behind me and she held me under the water for a couple of minutes. Jo saw, jumped in and punched the crap out of her. She also pushed me down the stairs and I ended up with a broken wrist, my dad was pissed because we didnât have insurance to cover it.
Honestly, he was always drunk so he didnât work. How we kept the house, I have no idea. Four years of her torment I received and I was done. Graduation was even worse, but itâs a long story. I went to college but troubles followed me there to, I just had to get away from Texas, so I flipped a coin and ended up in Vancouver.
Mr. Singer saw me in Starbuckâs and came over to me one day when I was looking for a job, we talked a bit and he hired me. I was like what? Why? He told me he saw the pain and anguish in my eyes and he also seen the hurt and all the struggles in them, so he wanted to give me a shot. Mr. Singer is the best man in that company, and Iâd do anything for him.â
My breath hitched a bit, I felt him squeeze my hand. âLisa was right about half the things she said, we were poor and I had to wear hand me downs. Sometimes I had to wear the same thing twice in one week, my mom was the best and I was left alone after she died. It took a lot out of me,â I look at him, âare you sure you want to get involved with someone who has a lot of baggage? I mean I wouldnât blame you if you didnât want to. You can walk away now, I wouldnât regret anything.â I sniffled as tears fell down my face.
He cupped my chin in his hands, âBabe, if I can change what you went through, I would. Hell, if I could kick Lisaâs ass I would do that to. But you are not alone, Iâm here and Iâm not going anywhere. No one will ever hurt you again, not if I can help it.â He had to blink a couple of times to hold back a few tears.
Jensenâs Pov
Jensen thought Hell, I was hurting her now and there was not much I could do. I had to bring down the other two to save Singers Company, to save her job, to save her. Itâs killing me inside knowing what I know and canât say anything to her about it. I knew from then on and when Y/N finds  out about me, that it was going to hurt her worse that anything else in her life. But in reality, I was falling in love with her. That was the truth, and I just hoped to God that Y/N would forgive me when she finds  out about my life and the secret I was keeping from her. She means to much to me now to lose but I have to follow my orders.
We finish with our lunch I guess you want to call it, it was around 4 in the afternoon by then. My clothes were dry and I was able to get dressed again, so did he. Occasionally, he stole kisses from me, or touched me in a way to let me know he wasnât going anywhere, we made sure the horses were ok and taken care of before we closed the barn up for the night. We walked close together to the house, once Jo saw us she came running to me with my phone and her facial expression showed worry.
âHey, um you had a call while you were gone.â She handed me my phone.
I recognized the number it was work. âWho was it do you know?â
âYeah, it was Mark Sheppard. He wants you to call him immediately, something about documents being sent to Kali.â
I looked at her confusingly, âKali? What does he want me to send papers to her for?â
âI dunno babe. Jensen why donât we go get dinner started hmm.â
He looks at me as if to get my permission to, âItâs ok, Iâll be in there in a moment.â I reached up and kissed him as I waited till they left and walked over to the edge of the porch and called Mark.
â{Y/N}, glad you called. I was beginning to think you didnât take your job seriously.â His voice was deep and harsh.
âI care about my job sir, I was just told you called.â My skin crawled as he talked. âI called immediately.â I paced back and forth. Â âWhat can I do for you sir?â
âI need you to send all your documents on the Millwright portfolio you done Friday to Kali, she needs to have your notes to be able to work the meeting tomorrow morning.â
âWait, that is my project not hers. Why wasnât I informed of this meeting? Whereâs Mr. Singer? He promised me he would call me if anything changed.â
âMr. Singer had a family emergency he had to deal with, you should have been here when they the company asked for a meeting to go over more ideas. Itâs not my idea for you to have a break in the middle of new contracts.â
âItâs Sunday and tomorrow is Monday, Labor day. Since when do we work on Labor Day?â I was fuming at this point.
â{Y/N}, I had received a call from Mr Millwright himself this afternoon. You know good and well that when a client calls and wants us to meet with him, we do. No matter the day it is, they can call on Christmas day for all I care. We are here to make money {Y/N}, not run off and have fun. So please send Kali all your information to her email, she needs to prepare for the meeting tomorrow.â
By now I was so fuming inside I wanted to scream, âFine, sheâll have it in a few minutes.â I hung up on him before he had a chance to say anything else. What the fucking hell? I shouted a bit to myself, that bitch better not come near me when I get back, thatâs for damn sure.
Jensen and Jo heard me cussing outside and came running over to me, â{Y/N} Babe? Whatâs going on?â Jensen looked at me.
My face showed so much anger that he took a step back, my face was so red even Jo knew not to touch me. â{Y/N}, come on, tell me whatâs wrong.â She started to get worried.
She had every right to get worried, even Jensen was to. They didnât know what was going on, as I was pacing clenching both my fists didnât help matters much either. âThat fucking bitch stole my project,â I threw my phone out of anger and didnât even look at where it went, right now I didnât really care. The only thing I cared about was strangling her, and every single person who done me wrong my whole life. I can never get ahead, everytime I try this happens. I walked into the house went to my room and slammed the door. I was that pissed, nothing hurt more or like it, as it brought all the angry emotions to the forefront to the point I wanted to kill someone. Preferably Kali she deserves it as she is a backstabbing bitch and I literally hate her.
